Reservation Booking                        Policy 

Reservations may be made through our website, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, or by telephone for the fastest response. For the most efficient service, we recommend completing the inquiry form located under the Contact Us tab on our website. This allows us to confirm availability and respond to you within 24 hours.

Once availability is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance. An invoice will be sent via email and must be paid within 24 hours; otherwise, the booking will be canceled, and the date/theme will be released to other clients.

The remaining balance is due one day prior to the event via Zelle or Cash App. Cash payments are also accepted on the event date upon delivery or setup completion; however, you must notify us in advance if you plan to pay in cash. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or cancellation until payment is made, unless prior arrangements have been approved.

All events should be booked at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
